Leasing Specialist

At Manager 4 Less™, we’re actively looking for a talented Leasing Specialist with a strong experience and good extrovert character.

Location: Carlsbad, CA
Type: Full time
Experience: 3-6 years
Reports To: Real Estate Manager

Job Duties:
– Welcome new residents and current tenants
– Present the properties that applicants are interested in
– Outlining the positiveness of the assets that you are presenting manner.
– Need an active real estate salesperson license from CA DRE
– Answer questions via email and phone
– Be in close contact with new residents, current tenants, and licensed contractors
– Handle lease applications and respond to the questions from property applicants

Job qualifications and requirements:
– Associate degree in marketing
– Telemarketing experience is a big plus
– Experience with Buildium or Clarus Property Management a must
– Good calculus knowledge and practice
– Operate computers at an operator’s level
– Good written and verbal communication
