Rental application fees
The first real estate rental application costs $25, and each following one costs $15. You can fill and pay for your rental application using our online system.
As a general rule of thumb, we charge a security deposit which is the equivalent of one month rent. This amount is standard in the property management industry. If your credit history is "less than perfect", we may charge up to the equivalent of two months rent.
There is a $250 security deposit for every pet.
The security deposits are placed in an FDIC insured real estate trust fund account and belong to the tenant. You will also need to pay for your rent upfront.
If you are renting a single family home, you usually must pay for gas, electric, landscaping, water and trash. However, if you are renting an apartment, water and electricity will most likely be included in your rent. The HOA (home owners association) is always the responsibility of the landlord. Ending a lease agreement is called "breaching".
Breaching a lease agreement can be a very costly thing and we really advise you not to. However, if you feel that it's absolutely necessary for you to breach your lease, please discuss the matter immediately with your property manager in charge.
